It all started many years ago in Cornwall. Victor spent his summers helping his step father Martin Curnow roll granite boulders and pillars into place to create standing stones. Martin taught Victor to build beautiful traditional Cornish hedges from nothing but earth and stone, as well as making mosaics made of local Pebbles and reclaimed slate.

Owner, Victor has 15 years of experience in illustration, design, garden landscaping and building renovation. A trained designer and plant health specialist, Victor has a passion for plants and building beautiful outdoor spaces mixing creative ideas with practical, long-term outdoor solutions.Martin is our expert Advisor. With 35 years experience in Landscaping and horticulture, qualifications certified by the royal horticultural society, Martin has been designing and creating gardens since the mid 90s, although not always on site martin is always there to help out with amazing creative ideas for planting, design and mosaics.
Victor redesigned our garden, transforming it from a fully concrete space into a beautiful mix of lawn and decking that’s now a safe, lovely area for my children to play in. He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, he even cleared out the drain for me! He consistently went above and beyond, kept me updated at every step, and even managed to save our old shed that was falling apart. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much, Victor!

Victor redesigned my garden area including designing bespoke pavings, installing decking, fencing and door. He did a stunning job. I would highly recommend Victor, he is professional, personable and does top quality work

The work was to landscape a section of our garden into a lawn and flower border. The area had to be cleared and levelled. The area also sloped downwards and so a strong, retaining wall needed to be built. Victor consulted on all stages of the work and especially over which stone to use for the wall. Victor was consistently reliable and hard working. The lawn, wall and border has worked really well and we are very pleased with the result.

This project involved the building of a new garden room as well as a new raised patio area between the existing garden room to replace an old worn out deck, we also extended the existing patio around the new garden room reusing the old paving to save on materials.
Working on the project from start to finish, I collaborated with other contractors at different stages of the build.

This project was funded by the Dreams Come True charity, for Brighton Met Collage. I spent a week turning this overgrown space into the beginnings of a sensory garden where the children would have the space to engage in and learn about horticulture.

The task for this project was to turn an old concrete back garden into a toddler friendly space that the whole family could enjoy! A really lovely project!

A very interesting project which involved building a raised patio and pergola at the back of the garden. However there was a large tree stump which had grown under the old bungaroosh wall, to take it out would mean to take down the wall, so we decided to turn it into something a table, which was more practical than my initial idea of making a carving of the family cat! We also added a small retaining wall and re-enforced footing, which doubles up as shelf or small perch.

A beautifully designed garden at the top of Ovingdean. The Designer was hired separately prior to our work on the project. We collaborated with several contractors during this build.

This was another great project where we managed to re-use everything in the garden to create a completely new space, with only a small plastic bag of waste! The only material bought was new gravel! Later on I came back and built a small rockery and re-furbished an old planter.

This plastic bag was all the waste from the entire job! Everything was reused and or recycled!

The task in this project was to replace the old fence which involved allot of cutting back of weeds and bushes and branches, making sure that the fence had the best chance to last as long as possible!

A Project that was done in several stages in collaboration with contractors that helped to build the out door kitchen and entertainment space.

The brief in this project was to take a tired old garden and refurbish and rebuild to turn it into a low maintenance peaceful space. As always I did my best to re-use reclaimed material where possible such as finding second hand slate for the mosaic and cutting old slabs found under the decking into circles and using the left over pieces from the mosaic to create the designs on the new stepping stones.

A full garden make-over with modern elements such as slatted fence and rendered raised planters.

Another modern build worked on in collaboration with Little Tree Landscapes. The main task here was to create a fence tall enough for the cat not to escape!

This project was another in collaboration with little tree landscapes and several contractors to completely refurbish the entire front and back garden.
